How can I support you?

From the moment your baby arrives, everything changes - your world expands, your heart grows, and life takes on a new rhythm. But amidst all that beauty, it can also feel overwhelming. That’s where I come in.

I’m here to hold space for you as you navigate this tender season - offering calm, compassionate, and practical support and guidance for both you and your family. Whether through continuous night care, virtual support, or gentle planning and support sessions, my role is to nurture you as you find your flow in motherhood.

Overnight Postnatal Support

The early weeks of motherhood can feel especially heavy during the night. Feeding, settling, recovering from birth, and navigating the emotional rollercoaster of postpartum can leave you feeling exhausted and overwhelmed.

My Overnight Postnatal Support service is designed to provide nurturing, practical and emotional support while you rest and recover. Whether you're adjusting to life with a newborn, building confidence in feeding, or simply craving reassurance during those long nights, I'm here to support both you and your baby with gentle, evidence-based care.

This is more than just an extra pair of hands—it's an opportunity to be cared for while you care for your baby.

Is this you?

  • "My partner is back at work and the nights feel really lonely."

  • "Everyone is focused on the baby, but I feel like nobody is looking after me."

  • "I'm recovering from birth and I know my body needs more rest than it's getting."

  • "I feel overwhelmed by feeding, settling and trying to figure out what my baby needs during the night."

  • "I know these early days are precious, but I'm so exhausted that I feel like I'm missing them."

  • "I'm worried that the lack of sleep is affecting my mental health and emotional wellbeing."

Overnight support looks like...

  • Newborn care and responsive support

  • Bringing baby to you for feeds and settling them after - breast, bottle, combi and pumping support.

  • Emotional reassurance and calm presence

  • Creating a restful environment

  • Confidence building for new parents

  • Signposting for additional support if needed

  • Gentle guidance tailored to your families needs

  • Encouragement for rest, healing and recovery

  • Permission to slow, and lean on someone for support
