Motherhood can be excrutiatingly lonely, and motherhood was never meant to be done alone. Connect with Mamas in your lane, the ones going through sleepless nights, teething, weaning, whatever the stage. You don't have to face this alone!

I wholeheartedly believe, every woman has it within her to raise her baby, it takes a village to support the Mama. That's where I come in, building a community with the "village" feel, helping you feel truly hear, held and seen.
Mamas Meet Ups are relaxed, nurturing gatherings designed to help you feel less alone in your motherhood journey. This is a space where you can come exactly as you are - tired, emotional, chatty, quiet - and be met with warmth and understanding.
These meet ups are about connection, not comparison. There’s no pressure to “do” anything, no fixing, and no expectations. Just real conversation, shared experiences, and the comfort of being with other mamas who get it.
Babies are welcome (under 1 or feeding), and as a postnatal doula, I’m always on hand to offer practical support, gentle emotional and informational support if you need it - or simply to listen and hold your space.
Each meet up may also include a nourishing extra, such as a collaboration with a local therapist, or practitioner, so you leave feeling a little more like you again.
✨ Come for the connection
✨ Stay for the support
✨ Leave feeling lighter

Mamas Meet Ups are for mums in the postnatal period who are craving connection, support, and a safe space to be themselves. Whether you’re a first-time mum or adding another baby to your family, you are so welcome.
Not at all. There is no pressure to speak, share, or open up. You are welcome to simply listen, sit quietly, or join in as much or as little as feels right for you.
Yes 🤍 Babies are welcome. These meet ups are baby-led, so feeding, changing, settling, and cuddling are all completely normal and expected.
That’s absolutely okay. This is a judgement-free space where babies can be babies and mums can respond however they need to. There is no expectation to “control” your baby.
Each meet up is unique, relaxed and informal. There may be gentle conversation prompts, space to chat freely, and time to connect with other mums. As a postnatal doula, I’m there to offer emotional and informational support if needed — never to fix or push advice. We will also look at guest speakers, therapists and professionals, to truly hold and support you in your postpartum.
Not quite. While babies are welcome, the focus is very much on you. Mamas Meet Ups centre the Mama— your experience, your feelings, and your wellbeing - rather than milestones or routines.
Yes. Especially then 🤍 Many mamas attend because they’re feeling anxious, low, or isolated. You don’t need to feel “okay” to come - you just need to come as you are.
No. Most mums come on their own and often leave having made meaningful connections. You’ll be warmly welcomed from the moment you arrive.
Yes. As a trained postnatal doula, I’m available for light emotional and informational support during the session. This isn’t a clinical space, but you will be gently held and supported.
Each meet up is £3 per mama. Any special collaborations or added extras will be clearly shared in advance.
Meet ups typically last around 1.5 hours, giving you plenty of time to settle in, connect, and not feel rushed.
Booking details are shared via our main website and Instagram page. Spaces are limited to keep the group feeling calm and supportive.
