Having attended one of Jade’s mummas wellbeing sessions, I would recommend Jade to anyone looking for support pre baby and after baby has arrived, Jade is super supportive and encouraging to mums and takes the time to really listen to how you are feeling, if your not sure then just take a look at her page/ website she has so much to offer and can help in so many ways, wish I’d met Jade a few years ago when my first child arrived

Jade was so lovely and welcoming when I first saw the advert for mamas meetups - which definitely helped with being an older first time mum and not knowing hardly anyone with young children. I really had to push myself to go because I suffer anxiety and I was so glad I did, everyone was lovely, we swapped stories and gave advice and I would definitely encourage anyone considering it to definitely go. Us mums need some us time and its lovely being able to have some adult conversations in a safe space ☺️
